 The Safari Sundowner

A sundowner is a popular experience on safaris involving a refreshing drink and snacks as the sun sets over the horizon.  It's a way to relax, enjoy the setting sun and reflect upon the days adventures.

Friday evening we will kick off our Sundowner with the crowning of the 2025 king and queen- Ross & Sue Cornelison, introduce our Quilt of Valor recipients, and celebrate our Old Settler button honorees- Carroll and Kay Hayden.
The evening will feature up-and-coming singer/songwriter Royce Johns.  Royce introduces himself as a husband, father, guitar picker, and singer/songwriter.  He has opened for some great acts including Sammy Kershaw, Sawyer Brown,  Deanna Carter, Aaron Tippin and Trick Pony just to mention a few.  Check out his Facebook page-www.facebook.com/roycejohnsmusic

Three of our local businesses will be serving drinks during our Sundowner.
Big Rack Brew Haus
Madison County Winery
Tiger Lily Cafe
Toast to a wonderful evening.  Relax to the music with friends old & new.
